Details of Participation and Qualifications

The Preview Packages are offered to those 30 to 70 years of age,
gainfully employed or retired with a minimum annual income of $75,000.
If married (or cohabitating), both parties must attend the
StoneBridge Village Development Preview (1 to 2 hours)
THERE IS NO OBLIGATION TO PURCHASE ANYTHING.
A major credit card is required at time of Reservation and check-in.
This offer is non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Specific surcharges may apply during holiday periods.
A minimum of three (3) business days' notice is required for
postponement or cancellation of this reservation.
A Phone Number will be provided to Call in order to avoid
being charged a late cancellation fee of$69.00.
The first reschedule is complimentary. Subsequent re-sets are $49.
Participants in this promotion who choose not to Preview the Property
will be required to pay full rate (up to $209.00 per night,
plus any resort credits (redeemed) upon check-out.
Accommodations are for one (1) double occupancy unit with
a maximum capacity of four (4). Pets are not allowed.
Parties Living Within 60 Miles of Branson, Missouri are Not Eligible.
Groups of two or more affiliated couples scheduled for the same
or overlapping vacation dates and those that participated in the
promotion in the past twelve (12) months are not eligible.
